It is in order to preserve the riches that nature offers us that we apply a "rational cultivation" in our vineyard. Furthermore, we use natural products for treatments as well as organic fertilizers (compost, ground canes and manure) to nourish the soil without over enriching it. Finally, we partially plough and hoe the vineyard and in order to ensure the quality of our wine, we always strive to control yields.

After being mechanically harvested for the young vineyards, our grapes are sorted out, pressed and vinified in the winery taking care to maximize the expression of our terroirs, which gives our Pouilly-Vinzelles Château Vinzelles.

For 2 years, the old vineyards are manually collected, in cajettes, raised in stainless tub on fine dregs.
