Passed on by succession, the estate consists of a single room. A forest planted mostly with oak, coniferous and chestnut trees protects the vines from the north west.

The actual surface area of the vineyard is 15 ha, planted exclusively to Chardonnay.

Two magnificent presses from the 17th century can still be found anchored in the vat-room.
